Mixing 16bit and 32bit SqlNet stuff is problematic at best -- I have found that 16-bit stuff rarely if ever works on NT - But, in case it does, be sure that your SqlNet is v 2.3 or later, since earlier ones do not work in NT - I use oo40 with Excel97 to connect to my Oracle 7.3 database so it does seem to work ( all 32bit however)
