There is a very good one from two Australians (Mark Corrigan I think plus someone else ex-Telstra?) It has bees (yes, bees!) drawn all over its cover and comes I think from Prentice Hall. I've got a copy somewhere (moved recently and everything is still packed, so sorry for the lack of detail), if I can find it I'll look up the details. Drop me a mail if you're interested.
