Hi

Oracle Worldwide Support is much better now than in recent years. However I find Sybase support good locally (Ireland), but there is no weekend or
after business support, which can be difficult since most support is done during
weekends or after business hours.

Oracle will of course provide support 24 hours per day 365 days per year depending on your support contract
