Not so. Check with your local sales rep. Sybase has had worldwide 24hour practically since day one of Sybase production releases -- back to 1987. In those days they carried beepers. Now there are engineers in offices around the world every hour of the day. If you call from Ireland over the weekend or in the evening you may get your support from the US or even from Australia but you will be able to get it.
