I'm an Oracle DBA (Oracle7.1.5 on OpenVMS 6.2 and Oracle 7.3 on Win NT 4.0). I've tried both Dev. 2000 and Powerbuilder. I prefer Dev. 2000 becuse of my knowledge of PL/SQL. Powerbuilder is more user friendly, but I think Dev. 2000 works better with an Oracle database (obviously, because they're both Oracle products). It really depends on your knowledge of PL/SQL and which database you're using.
