Hi!

Sorry to tell you but the Network contention is one of the problems with Oracle Apps. Also it depends on if you are running the Apps in local or network(shared) mode.

The best you can expect from the GUI Version is about 2-3 seconds response. The character based versions are a lot faster.

And to think the Mr Oracle (Larry ellison) complains about Microsoft and Windows products !
