Oracle forms Style guide

Is anyone did ever developped a project specific "Style Guide" for 
Oracle Forms?


(e.g. how you configure Forms / Specific rules to design displays , 
etc...)



The purpose of this is to ensure consistency of displays to be built for 
a specific project.



I would be interested in any information regarding this subject.
