Hello Amir,
UEK behaves differently in some areas (e.g. https://twitter.com/OracleSK/status/1479106253368397831 ) but that is not something that you would notice in your daily business.

I personally like OEL very much and also have several clients who are running on OEL (and even switched from RHEL to OEL). Works pretty neat.
