Afterwards doing some adjustment based on MoS 2214152.1 and continue to observed this issue (reboot server at least twice) sometimes finding ASM disks but sometimes never found them, now I give up ASMLib and get ready to use UDEV, if UDEV won't happen this weird issue then I'll use it, if UDEV is still all the same problem with ASMLib, then the problem should be from my test environment.
