Re: expertise with FCF or FAN

Sorry, I should have specified;  I can't believe I left out these important details...

This environment is for DataGuard FSFO, not RAC.  The dbTier will stay Restart.  Current version is 12.1.0.2.0, but they promise an upgrade to 19c soon.
