Hi Vinay,
without AWR I don't see a way to get this data - especially for the past. For the future, you can enable sql trace for these specific SQL_IDs: alter system set events 'sql_trace[sql: cjrha4bzuupzf] level=1';
Level 1 should be sufficient to see when the statement started/stopped.
