Tell us what you’re using for a web listener…embedded xdb from the database, or ORDS?

Finally got my db upgraded to 18 At last. And will publish the story.
BUT BUT apex doesn't work cant connect using same port as before any quick ideas? Others I'm going have to revert to 11!
