Note, however, RAC Attack has not been updated to 12.2, and likely will not be. due to significant increase in resources required. (You'll need a 32GB laptop to do 12.2 RAC Attack. 12.1 requires 16GB laptop.)

But, to get up to speed, learn ASM, etc, it's probably a good exercise to run through, and at the end you'll have a nice test/sandbox environment to play/experiment with.
