I am having the same problem with Chrome. I have not found the answer yet.

I’ve seen a similar thing, and it *might* be the null pointer error, but unfortunately nothing about that reaches the client display window. It … just … sits … there … for … long … enough … that … it … didn’t … die or load … overnight.

If you got a null pointer error there is a bug and a workaround is on Oracle Support.

This is in Chrome and same problem in IE. Firefox has a different problem where the box for the graph doesn't even appear.
