Hello,
  thanks for all the info, unfortunately ZFS appliance is not involved . It is ASM to ASM transfer via tcp/ip .
Currenty Oracle opts for

Bug patch 22153958

but meantime network provider admited he is using deep packet inspection and fw dropped 13 packets :) .
I hope they'll turn this off by tomorrow and do some retests .
