CREATE_FILE_DEST - PDB creation using DBCA

When you create a CDB in 12.1.0.2 including one PDB using the DBCA you will get the file structure like: +DATA/DB_UNIQUE_NAME/GUID/… But I want to get my PDB datafiles in +DATA/GUID/…

In 12.1.0.2 the create_file_dest parameter is introduced as part of the create pluggable database statement clause, but how to make sure this is also used when using DBCA or Cloud control deployment?

Any idears?
