Upgrade issues 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4?

We are getting ready to migrate some databases from 11.2.0.3 (Windows 2003) to 11.2.0.4 (Linux - Redhat 6.6). Are there any major changes in the optimizer that we should be concerned about?
