Again, not optimizer related, but two bugs that have hit us particularly hard (and caused a lot of frustration) are related to tablespace size monitoring. These affect OEM as well so our monitoring ha poiuytres been affected resulting is minor outages to applications at times:

As noted, there are patches to fix these, but, with almost 200 databases, it takes a while to get the patches rolled out. In the interim, we have had to use a custom metric which avoids the view DBA_TABLEPACE_USAGE_METRICS to calculate space usage.
If we could do it again, we would have most certainly rolled these patches with the 11.2.0.4 patchset.

We are getting ready to migrate some databases from 11.2.0.3 (Windows 2003) to 11.2.0.4 (Linux - Redhat 6.6). Are there any major changes in the optimizer that we should be concerned about?
