Niall,

Yes you are right. Renaming the download folder the installation went a little bit further until it craches with the following error about SYSMAN user

*ORA-01435: user does not exist*

*File:C:\Users\Mohamed\Documents\oem12c\oms\sysman\admin\emdrep\sql\core\latest\basic\basic_tables_mgmt_msg.sql*

*INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:The plug-in Repository Configuration has failed its perform method*

I will try to figure out how to make this in order
