Yes. To my knowledge the following DBMS support sequences (the way Oracle does):

  • Postgres
  • DB2
  • SQL Server 2012
  • Firebird (called "generators" there)
  • Informix
  • Ingres
  • MonetDB
  • Vertica
  • Cubrid
  • NuoDB
  • Apache Derby
  • H2 Database
  • HSQLDB
