Vmware and Linux - Hanging issues.

Hey, I am trying to setup a RAC environment via VMWare. However, every now and then both nodes hang... Here is a clip from my vmware.log:

Has anyone seen this before? I preallocated my voting and OCR disks because I heard that may cause problems if they aren't presized. I'm running Oracle Enterprise Linux 5, on VMware Server 1.0.4
