The motorcycle museum is about a mile down the A45 (towards Birmingham) from the NEC, Oracle have used it a few times as a venue for technology days and markeing events.

If you're coming to the UKOUG conference in Birmingham then your best bet is to get a train to New Street station. Get a taxi from the taxi rank out front of the concourse and ask for the ICC on Centenary Square. If you're feeling adventurous and don't have much luggage then you can walk it in about 5-10 minutes (depending on levels of foot traffic and walking pace) but I'd recommend going with someone who knows the way the first time (although I'd be happy to write up some directions and send them to people off list if they want).
