How to calculate the shared pool size when increasing the processes parameter

Everybody:

I am planning to increase the value of processes parameter in my databases from 100 to 150. How do I calculate
the increase in the memory related parameters (shared pool etc) to correspond to this increase? Are there any formulas to at least do a ballpart estimate?
