reciving error ORA-01591 lock held by in-doubt distributed transaction string

Dear support;  

I keep getting ORA-01591 lock held by in-doubt distributed transaction string

And I search all metalink for solution but could not find any help on it, I don't have any pending transactions. Do you have any hint?
