I searched both nodes and searched on o*.log and still didn't find anything with that name. I'm guessing it's only going to create the log if it finds a reportable error. All the errors appear in the two logs (includes alert log) that I already posted. We escalated with Oracle. Hopefully they'll update the SR today with something other than the "escalated" entryl.

        I'm using Oracle 9.2.0.7 on Windows 2003 Server. I can't find any log with this name or any reference to CRS home on Windows. Is this a 10G thing or a Unix thing?

...Well, there you have it. I didn't see your version in the original post and I assumed. Poo on me. Sorry. You are looking for the ocms.log then.
