Copy Tool

Hi all,
I need a GUI tool or several GUI tools that will allow me to do those things:
- Copy data from different databases

• I should be able to select any object to copy (table,partition,schema's)
  - Copy only Structure for several objects and also data for other
  
  • it will be nice if i will have the option to use regular expressions to select the objects
  • Users and Privileges, that means that i would like to be able to tell which user that use this tools will be able to do what exactly (example: USER1 will be able to copy data only from SCHM1_at_db1 and to all test databases)
  • operation auditing, so i would be able to know who copy what data from where to where and when...
  • copy selected percentage of the data to be copied

That pretty much it.

any one know about any tool that can do any of it?
