I do not use IAS but I have seen posts that discussed how to update IAS for a change in the server IP address. I suggest you search metalink for a document on how to do this. IAS can be updated without you having to do a re-install.

Subject: Anyone go through the sysadmin re-ip'ing the servers? Help?

We're on Solaris 8 and Oracle 10g DB (10.1.0.3) and 10g AS (9.0.4.1). I just want to know if anyone has a heads up for me. I've been told that I'm going to have to re-install the 10g AS because of embedded ip address entries. Is this true?

TIA,
Scott
