Tuning Unix kernel for Oracle/data warehouse

I need to investigate the topic in the subject line; in specific, tuning the AIX kernel to optimize performance of an Oracle data warehouse. Is there a more up-to-date reference than the following, which Google found on Amazon:

How much would still be valid in 9i?
