Some time ago there were some posts that addressed speeding up Oracle application db patching with some init.ora parameters. A recent practice run of a 11.5.8 upgrade database patch on our system ran for 12hours. I tried to look in the archive but didn't have any luck, does anyone recall those postings and can you pass that info on to me?
