We came across a pretty serious bug recently where a trigger decided to update the wrong column. I logged a TAR complete with a nice script to reproduce the problem. The first response I got was irrelevant nit-picking about the shared pool being a bit small. It was only when I asked for the call to be escalated that I got a decent response.
