They have a repository of information that isn't open to the general viewing public. I would LOVE to get a look at that knowledge base!

the plan_table was just an example. it came up as part of another tar. I've had a few of these type things.

also, what does oracle support have to work with? Most of the time they seem to use the OTN docs and metalink. do they have any internal docs?
