RE: repository installation problem

Arvind,

You need to grant select on sys.V_$PARAMETER and sys.V_$NLS_PARAMETERS to the repository owner. Review the installation guide for required privs. The repository administration utility also has a "Check Requirements" button that you could use to see what other privs are missing.

go to fatcity.com and look for the odtug-L designer 2000 listservs. you may get your naswer here, but that one has the people who use designer everyday on it. there is also one for developer.
