Les,

If you have the self-discipline, another option is to sign up for Oracle University's Professional Subscription. For $350/year, you can go through as many of the offered courses as you want, and OCP preparation is one of the options. The courses are self-paced and online, and each lesson has a practice session so you can try out what you learned. They also have an online forum for asking / answering questions about the courses.
