Adrian's Sun performance tuning book has some great comments on this. Highly recommend looking at it, even though not Oracle specific entirely, VERY good start.

Any one has any links to white papaers ,ideas on Capacity Planning for the database .
Has anyone been through it all. Could u please guide .

How do u estimate and Project :----

Space required , Cpu Required , Memory required . I have a bit of idea about Space estimation . But the other two are completely new ones.

Any additions to the above parameters ........
