Have you checked $ORACLE_HOME/assistants/dbca/install directory for any
error log files.

Hi.
I am trying to create an Oracle backup database, but half way through the creation (using the dbassist tool) it tells me that I am not connected to Oracle with an Oracle error of 3114.
What am I doing wrong...?
Please help as this is urgent...
