I have a friend who has Financials 10.7 Smart Client (Prod 16.1) running on Win 95 clients talking to an NT server. They are getting ready to have a win 2000 setup shoved down their throats. When they tried to load their client software for Financials onto a Win2000 PC for testing, they got a ton of GPF's and could not get it loaded. Oracle says "not certified" go to 11. Unfortuneately this site is getting the Win2000 shoved down their throats and has no time to upgrade to Financials 11i. It's the case of the corporate office deciding to do somthing without talking to the sites. Has anyone migrated a 10.7 P16.1 smart client setup from win 95 to win 2000? Is it possible being that Smart Client for 10.7 is a 16 bit app? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
