Hello!



 Can you please let me know what problems you are exactly facing?



 because I have implemented standby databases
 on Oracle 7.3.4 with compatible parameter as 7.1.0 (so effectively it was
incomplete recovery!)



 on Orac le 8.0.5


 and on Oracle 8.1.5.



 We have not faced any problems yet!
