Hi,
Suggestion: 815 with 'zero load' and default init.ora paramaters needs a much bigger SGA. Big issue with a generally small SGA in test environments. Add 30 Mb or find the new init.ora parameters which cause the trouble.

I migrated a test database from 7.3.4.5 to 8.1.5. Anything obvious why the 8.1.5 database would be much slower than the 7.3.4 database ? Is there an init parameter that I should change to make it faster ?
