Another aspect to consider is that on some campuses there may be a central site using Banner, but many other Oracle sites that are independent of the Banner site. This is particularly true as Oracle has made its products available to "down-sized" environments.

It will be important to look beyond the central sites if one is interesting in contacting University Oracle users.
