For each entity, from a given set of entities I will determine its conceptual schema and its schema of extension of the concept of the entity. Let E1 be an entity form a given set of entities, then its conceptual schema is
E1 (Ie, A1, A2, ..., An) ... (1)
Ie is the name of the identifier of the entity. A1, ... , An are the names of properties that belong to the entity.
The schema of the extension of the concept is
E1 {Ie, A1,A2, ..., An} ... (2)
The corresponding instances from (2) are:
E11 = { A11, A21, ..., An1}
E1M = {A1m, A2m, ..., Anm}
E12 = { A12, A22, ..., An2}
... (3)
Aij are the names of the corresponding attributes.
(For relationships, we can apply a similar technique.)
In this definition I use my definition of concept. My definition = Frege's definition of concept + my theory of identification of objects that are applied to concepts. I also apply here my theory of identification - several times I explained it at this user group.
