Definitely.
And leaving out the mental cases who scream from the asylums. Volume and persistence in screaming does not imply relevance.
The diagram is beautiful, and very well thought out.
Codd River is perfectly understandable to those whose understanding of the Relational Model has not been subverted by the screamers.
