Generally I do not respond to the robot Cimode's posts as
they are usually incoherent psychotic non-sense. However,
the statement above requires a response and it is worth
responding since it's a prime example of the haywire
configuration that is Cimode.

That is a philosophy and mathematics question regarding the
theory of probability (a measure applied to statements) and
the theory of bearing (a measure applied to questions). The
word "ignorance" above is used in the probabilistic sense
of "lack of specific knowledge", something that we have a
very hard time dealing with theoretically.
How Cimode managed to associate this probability and bearing
theory question to eugenics, tagging of people, deportation,
and fascist tyranny is utterly bizarre and mindless.
