If you ask me, it's just a made-up name. However, magazines are all the same. Entertainment Weekly, DBMS Magazine, Variety, People, Weekly World News -- all the same.
They entertain and they communicate jargon for people to use to signal they are 'in the know'. Some people are masters at inserting meaningless gibberish into a conversation to impress others.
