There is not a lot of theory about declarative presentation rules.

It seems you confuse the code with the rules implemented by the code.

It is very weird to call "organizational intelligence" to the code.

It would have a lot more sense if you call "organizational intelligence" to the sum of business rules and presentation rules.

Code is simply a way to implement rules, but there are other ways. You can build and Information System without code.

We can represent the presentation rules in the database. It is not a new idea.
