Where to discuss relational modelling?

        First, I am not asking for help -- at least not yet.

        I am preparing a quite complex database, and have some modelling issues that are baffling me. I don't think it would be adequate to post them here, on one hand because this is c.d.*theory* and on the other because I think modelling requires so much information to be understood that only a dedicated forum would do.

        So the question is, is there any forum -- newsgroup, mailing list, web-based, whatever -- where one can post specific problems with huge background information and get sound, informed opinions based on relational theory on one hand, and SQL limitations on the other?
