Not sure I understand the question.

Did someone tell you they want to create clustered indexes, and that doing some form of analysis would tell you which indexes to cluster?

Or, do you want to split the database between machines on a cluster?

Or, are you doing a statistical report on the data from a data warehouse and want to find the clusters?

Or, are you planning a cocktail party and want to know where to put the candy dishes?
