How can I show the values from column 1 in "Select ??? from tabel" ?

Hello,

How can I show the values from column 1 in "Select ??? from tabel" ? So I don�t know the names of the columns, but I know that the identifiers are always in column 1.
How can I select them without using the column name. Thanks in advance
