Yes. The OpenLink Multi-Tier from www.openlinksw.com installation was designed for just this very purpose.

Its a two-tier installation whereby you install a Server component which typically takes a few minutes to do and a client solution. There are no dependencies on Oracle other than a database should be installed and working. This is because the server side already has the Oracle software embedded within it. The client software is database independent.

In terms of configuration, if you wish, especially as you have so many clients, you can configure your server with all the necessary client information so when you install the OpenLink client software, you don't need to go to every client and fill in the same information, the client software will automatically detect configurations and use those values, zero client configuration. There are a few more advantages but a typical installation should take no more than 5-10 minutes after you get the software installed.
