Kevin,
The filesystem is NTFS.

C: NTFS Alloc Unit Size is 512 bytes, Compaq Array Stripe size is 128k
D: NTFS Alloc Unit Size is 4096 bytes, Compaq Array Stripe size is 16k
E: NTFS Alloc Unit Size is 4096 bytes, Compaq Array Stripe size is 16k

Thanks for the response.

Q: I'm not sure RAW can be used with Oracle on Windows, can it? If so, I'm not sure how to set it up, any tips?

Q: It's about a 400 Gig database, and the logs we are importing are about 2 Gig uncompressed, so 4Gig files are problematic (according to my DBA).

Any help based on the above info?
