Isn't a VB Add-In just a little off-topic in comp.databases.ms-access, even if advertising were OK, which it's not, even if the something being advertised is free. It's not fee or free, it's just that if everyone promoting something free posted at will, the newsgroup would be flooded and we couldn't use it for its original purpose of technical questions, answers, and discussion. That's why USENET newsgroup rules state that advertisements are prohibited in all newsgroups except those whose charters specifically permit it.
